Is my booking actually confirmed?
Yes. The provider confirms in their chat app and you get it in writing, instantly. No more “I think we’re booked” anxiety.
What if I don’t speak the language?
You write in your language, they read in theirs. Migo translates every message in both directions, in real time: before, during, and after the booking.
What if I need to cancel?
If your host declines or doesn’t confirm within six hours, the small reservation fee comes back automatically and in full. The experience itself is only ever paid in cash, on the day.
Is Migo in my city yet?
We’re starting with a handful of cities in Vietnam and Mexico and adding more as hosts come aboard. Join the waitlist and you’ll get one email the day your city goes live.
Do providers need an app or an account?
No. Hosts confirm bookings from the chat app they already use: WhatsApp or Zalo. No new app, no dashboard, no password.
